Having a Hard Day?
Sometimes when we’re feeling really anxious or really down, it can be hard to think of things right in that moment that will help you feel better. One thing that can help is having a “Menu” of items that can help you feel more like yourself. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but it might have just 1 thing that you can try right now. I plan to add to this page, but wanted to get it live ASAP.

The Calm app
Calm has released a page with FREE RESOURCES that include some of their best meditations, plus calming music and sleep stories. The full app is great, but it’s not cheap. This app has lots to offer kids as well, including great sleep stories and short meditations.
